Darrell Fuller | Contract Lobbyist / Association Manager | Speaker

Darrell Fuller has been involved in Oregon’s legislative and political process since 1987. As a lobbyist and association manager, he has represented private sector business associations since 1996. His clients include auto dealers, RV dealers, power sports dealers, auto repair shops, auto appraisers, auto dismantlers, professional land surveyors, the septic installation and maintenance industry, and plumbing-heating-cooling contractors. He also previously served as an interim association manager and lobbyist for the Oregon State Sheriffs’ Association, representing Oregon’s 36 elected Sheriffs.

With the Oregon State Association of Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors, Darrell has served on the National Board and the National Foundation Board. He serves on the national government affairs committee for two of his clients.

Darrell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Willamette University in 1988. In addition, he studied at Xiamen University in the Fujian Province of China, and at American University in Washington, D.C. while working as a LBJ intern on Capitol Hill for Oregon Congressman Bob Smith.

Darrell is married to his college sweetheart, Kelly, and they have two children. In his unscheduled time, he is a volunteer firefighter and president of the volunteer firefighter association in Keizer, and a volunteer national disaster responder and Chair of the NW Oregon Board of the American Red Cross.

Darrell also serves on the Keizer Rural Fire District Civil Service Commission, on the Hope Station Board of Directors (food bank), on the Keizer Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, on the League of Minority Voters Board of Directors, and as the Chapter Advisor for the Sigma Chi Fraternity at his alma mater.
